WHAT IS SEC?

State Entrepreneurship Challenges (SEC) is a 1-month competition that helps students think like entrepreneurs. This program offers college students practical tasks and expert guidance, helping to cultivate a vibrant entrepreneurial culture among youth.

HISTORY

Vivek College of Commerce(Autonomous) is affiliated to Mumbai University and was founded by Vivek Education Society. In the year 1962, Vivek Vidyalaya became its embodiment. Unwaveringly determined, they ventured further, introducing Arts and Science Junior College programs in 1976. Yet, their dedication went beyond that milestone when Vivek College of Commerce was formed enriching their educational legacy in 1986.Vivek College of Commerce gained Autonomous status in 2024. Affiliated to University of Mumbai, Recognized by U.G.C. under section 12(B) & 2(F) of the U.G.C.Act. Accredited (3rd Cycle) by NAAC with B++ Grade ISO 21001:2018 Certified by TUV Austria.

GuideLines/Updates

  • State Entrepreneurship Challenges (SEC) is a 1-month competition that helps students think like entrepreneurs. SEC Brochure
  • Teams must consist of a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 members.
  • More then one team can participate from one college.
  • Each team must have a designated team leader. responsible for communication and co-ordination.
  • Participants are requested to check their registered mail for updates.
  • Each team should have a team name.
  • Finalist teams will be selected based on their performance in tasks.
  • The decision by the organizing team will be considered final and binding in case of any confusion.
